Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, toss the artichoke hearts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Place the seasoned artichoke hearts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the artichoke hearts from the air fryer and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, if desired.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as aioli or marinara. Enjoy!

For an extra crunch, coat the artichoke hearts in breadcrumbs before air frying. This recipe works well with fresh or frozen artichoke hearts—adjust cooking time as needed.
