Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces frozen chicken breasts
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 2 cups potatoes diced
  • 1 cup celery sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Place the frozen chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add the carrots, potatoes, celery, and onions on top of the chicken.
  • Sprinkle with dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
  • Serve hot and enjoy this comforting meal.

Notes

Feel free to substitute vegetables with your favorites. You can also add a splash of cream during the last 30 minutes of cooking for a richer dish.
