Instructions
Place the frozen chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add the carrots, potatoes, celery, and onions on top of the chicken.
Sprinkle with dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
Serve hot and enjoy this comforting meal.
Notes
Feel free to substitute vegetables with your favorites. You can also add a splash of cream during the last 30 minutes of cooking for a richer dish.
