In a separate large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated.
Mix in the mashed bananas, FAGE Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
