Instructions
 

  • Peel and grate a one-inch piece of fresh ginger root into a glass container or teapot.
  • Add thinly sliced lemon and honey to the container.
  • Pour boiling water into the container and steep for five minutes.
  • Strain the tea into cups and serve hot.
