Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Iced Chai Latte

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup chai tea concentrate
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar or glass, combine heavy cream, whole milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Use a milk frother to whip until well-combined and frothy, about 10-20 seconds. Set aside.
  • Fill a glass with ice. Pour chai tea concentrate over the ice, followed by the milk of choice.
  • Gently spoon the pumpkin cream cold foam on top of the iced chai mixture.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream and whole milk with coconut cream and almond milk, respectively. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less vanilla syrup to taste.
