  • 1 can tuna drained, about 5 ounces
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup kimchi chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 4 slices bread toasted
  • 1 cup mixed greens

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped kimchi, and soy sauce. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden and crispy.
  • Spread the tuna-kimchi mixture evenly over two slices of the toasted bread.
  • Top with mixed greens and cover with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
