1cupshredded cheesecheddar, Monterey Jack, or your choice

Instructions
Preheat your oven according to the instructions for the frozen French fries (typically 425°F/220°C). Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake the fries for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven.
While the fries are baking, cook the bacon until crispy. Let it cool slightly, then crumble into small pieces.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the hot fries. Return the fries to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Remove the fries from the oven and top with crumbled bacon, a drizzle of sour cream, and chopped green onions. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
