  • 1 pound pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pickle slices dill pickles, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • to taste red pepper flakes optional, for heat

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • In a small bowl, mix the sour cream with minced garlic. Spread this mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sour cream base.
  • Arrange the pickle slices on top of the cheese, spreading them out evenly.
  • Sprinkle dried dill and red pepper flakes (if using) over the pickles.
  • Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
