  • 2 packs frozen acai puree unsweetened
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup banana sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or preferred plant-based milk

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • honey drizzle, optional

Instructions
 

  • Run the frozen acai packs under warm water for a few seconds to slightly thaw, making them easier to blend. Break them into smaller pieces.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine the acai puree, frozen strawberries, frozen raspberries, frozen banana slices, and almond milk. Blend until smooth and thick, scraping down the sides as needed. Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk if necessary, but aim for a thick, spoonable texture.
  • Divide the acai mixture between two serving bowls.
  • Top each bowl with granola, chia seeds, fresh strawberry slices, and fresh raspberries. Drizzle with honey if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this nutritious and refreshing acai bowl.

Notes

Feel free to customize your acai bowl with additional toppings such as sliced bananas, coconut flakes, or nuts. For a creamier texture, you can add a spoonful of yogurt to the blend.
